   For over 30 years, Costa Precision has been providing some of the most complex commercial and aerospace components to the most advanced companies in the world. Initially fabricating complex tools and gages using conventional machinery for companies such as Pratt & Whitney, Costa has developed into one of the most advanced 3-demensional complex machining fabricators in the country. Using the most advanced CAD/CAM systems and 5-axis machining centers with some of the best trained toolmakers in the industry, Costa Precision has become known for its ability to fabricate "impossible" components within the customers' required lead times.

   Accomplishments include composite molds and complex machining for the F117, F22 and AWAC aircrafts; the Sikorsky Blackhawk and S92 helicopters as well as the Pratt & Whitney 4090, 4098 and F119 engines.

   Our past projects include the molds for the entire fuselage of Orbital's X-34 Reusable Launch Vehicle (RLV).
 We have design capability with in-house CATIA and Mastercam systems and also offer design services using Unigraphics, Pro/ENGINEER and Autocad.
 

   Other capabilities include the design and fabrication of jigs, fixtures and other complex tooling.
   Combined with OD and ID grinding plus Jig Grinding and Jig Boring capabilities, Costa Precision can handle all of your complex machining needs.
