PATTERN SHOP
The Patterns and Models Division of Costa Precision is
and intergral part of our manufacturing capability. This unique shop includes:
- Its own seperate lay-up room.
- Capabilities for making wood and metal patterns for
foundries.
- Capabitities for making composite, metal and wood
tooling for the plastics industry.
- 3D machining of wood, plastics and metals.
- Hot form tooling.
- Fiberglass layups and models.
- Bridgeport machining and small turning work.
The shop also features a 15 foot walk-in oven used for
curing release coatings on mold surfaces. |
