Costa Precision has several multi-axis Mastercam systems, each capable of designing, detailing, surfacing and developing complex NC machining programs. These systems are networked and allow file transfer by high speed modem from multiple workstations.

    Mastercam is our system of choice due to its compatibility with other systems for data conversion and its powerful complex machining capabilities. We have successfully machined models from many other systems including Catia, Unigraphics, IDEAS, Pro/ENGINEER, SolidWorks, Surfcam, Autocad and Microstation using Mastercam's IGES converter.

    Using Mastercam we can offer you 2-5 axis milling, turning, automated 2-D machining, 3-D design, drafting and surface modeling.
